If you’re put together like most guys then a 58cm or 60cm will fit you best. If you’re shorter in the torso, go with the 58cm. Nothing beats actually riding the bikes set up for you, but this is a good ballpark and very common sizing. Try your best to find the correct frame size rather than getting the wrong one and using stem length/seatposts to compromise.
