Trek Frame – Cheap Trek Bikes and Frames

There are two available same frames which are 17.5'' and 19.5''.
Which one would be fit well to my body? which one should i buy?

I have had 3 rigid frame cannondale's and loved them....all sold now. My favorite was a killer-v....awesome bike. I am riding a Trek 3900 with front suspension - but would love to get a full rigid frame. Any suggestions of who might make a frame like this now-a-days?
