the 17.5″ is what you want. You’d probably fit into the 15″ frame nicely also, but the 17.5″ should do fine.
Think carefully about buying it if it’s a used Fuel. First of all, it’s six years old. Secondly, lots of Fuels and Liquids had cracked frames on the seat tube where the weld joined the upper and lower sections. I went through two of these on an ’03 and an ’04. They changed the design so it’s not a problem anymore, but they had oodles of them replaced under warranty. If you’re buying a used bike, you won’t have a warranty. Just something to keep in mind.
